Sex, like money, is often hardest to talk about honestly with the person you are supposed to be the most intimate with. How do we ask for what we really want — particularly if it has been weeks, months or years into a relationship? How do we communicate about things that turn us off or shut us down? How can we help ourselves and our partners navigate the inevitable changes to our bodies that come with age?
