Members may cancel their membership for the coming year, within 30 days of purchase or renewal to receive a full refund.* After that time, memberships is non-refundable.
*If panel event(s) were attended or discounts applied to workshops during this 30-day period, the cost of these events will be taken from the membership cost. For instance, if you attend a panel event ($45) for free as a member during this period, you are only eligible for a membership refund of $154.
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. Within 5 days, all events are non-refundable.
If for some reason you cannot attend a panel you registered for, you may transfer your spot to a friend so long as you notify UNtied with the new participant’s name and contact information. Please send notice to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the limited number of spots available for each workshop, all cancellations must be submitted within 48 hours from the time you to register for any workshop to receive a full refund for the event. Your written request must be submitted to UNtied via email@example.com. After 48 hours, all payments are non-refundable.
In certain instances, the cost of the workshop may be applied towards another, upcoming workshop of equal or greater value.
