Monthly membership subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Annual memberships renew automatically one year from the date of purchase. You will receive an email reminder prior to the annual membership’s renewal.
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. Within 5 days, all events are non-refundable.
If for some reason you cannot attend a panel you registered for, you may transfer your spot to a friend so long as you notify UNtied with the new participant’s name and contact information. Please send notice to email@example.com.
Due to the limited number of spots available for each workshop, all cancellations must be submitted 7 days prior to the start date of the workshop to receive a full refund for the event. Your written request must be submitted to UNtied via firstname.lastname@example.org.
In certain instances, the cost of the workshop may be applied towards another, upcoming workshop of equal or greater value.
