Sheilah Crowley is the founder of the Summit Inc and is a beloved champion for women navigating their way back to the workforce after being home with children. After a personal career pivot and the opportunity to create her dream career, Sheilah realized that hundreds of women who had devoted their adult lives to their families were in need of a service to enable them to return to meaningful work outside of the home. Summit Inc fosters women to find mainstream employment opportunities, and in addition, offers a platform to test original ideas or well-laid tracks for entrepreneurship. Sheilah spent the first part of her career working in non-profit management. She holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Vermont and have been a certified Myers Briggs Personality Indicator practitioner since 2014.

Emily Lamia is the founder of Pivot Journeys where she helps individuals navigate their next career move and thrive in work that’s meaningful to them. She utilizes tools and a design thinking approach to help people make smarter, more strategic decisions about their career.  Emily spent the first part of her career working in politics, serving on electoral and advocacy campaigns, and at the Democratic National Committee. She found her love of coaching and talent development as the executive director of a national career development association providing coaching and programming for individuals in the progressive political industry. Emily is a certified Gallup Strengths coach. She received her MPA from New York University, and her BA from Mount Holyoke College.

Elise Pettus is the founder of UNtied.
