Katherine Miller has developed a unique perspective in the practice of family law while litigating family law cases and working through her own divorce. Traditional divorce encourages resentment between spouses. She thinks outside-the-box to achieve positive results for her clients and their families—solutions that work over the long-term. Collaborative Practice and mediation are the focus of her work because she believes these processes provide lasting solutions. She received her B.S. from Vassar College and her J.D. from Fordham School of Law.
