Your Best Sex Is Ahead

We believe that your best sex life is still ahead of you.

I often hear women equate the end of their marriage with the end of their life as sexual beings. I commonly hear phrases like:

“My ex took my best years from me. Now, that I’m old and alone, nobody will want me.”

“Getting naked with a new person? Not possible!”

“At the end of our marriage, sex felt like a chore. It’s hard to imagine liking it again”

“My ex made me feel unattractive, and I no longer know how to love my body.”

Many of us have been there, too. But one of the greatest surprises has been that since divorcing, a good number of us have had the best sex of our lives!

In this webinar, one of our favorite coaches, Kimberley Healey, will be talking about how she helps women reconnect with their bodies and find their sensuality again. You’ll learn some surprising facts about women, sex and aging. We’ll share stories from our own experience and those of women we know. Kimberley will also offer exercises that have helped many of her clients (and UNtied members) find their sexy again. Tune in, and bring us your questions!

Kimberley Healey is a French literature PhD, yoga teacher and certified coach. She helps women “amplify delight” in their lives by building their capacity for courage and intimacy. She describes it as “bringing the brain, body and heart back together.” Find out more about her work ​here​.

Kimberley is currently conducting research on women’s sensuality and looking for volunteers. This webinar is free to anyone game to be interviewed by her. The event is free for all members, but I’d love for as many of you to participate in the research.
