A 6 week group for women in the early stages of divorce, facilitated by psychologist, PhD Emily Upshur. The beginning of separation and divorce is often the loneliest and scariest time of all. Whether the break up is your decision or not, your life is about to undergo an enormous transformation. In these intimate weekly gatherings, you’ll find camaraderie, as well as the sure-handed, compassionate guidance of a skilled therapist.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore who you are apart from your marriage, determine what matters most to you going forward, and build the confidence to navigate the process successfully. As one attendee put it “Emily really helps you find internal and emotional clarity, but she also has a wealth of practical knowledge about the world of divorce.”
Giving yourself the best possible foundation, whether you are still contemplating making a split or in the thick of it, is likely to give you the greatest agency over the divorce process and over your future.
