Should I Stay or Go? Connecting With Your Internal Wisdom

November 18 @ 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM

Most people facing the question of whether to stay or go assume the answer will come from more thinking. It rarely does. This interactive workshop offers a different approach, helping participants distinguish between fear, longing, grievance, and deeper knowing. Through teaching, guided reflection, and structured small-group conversation, attendees will develop greater access to their own internal wisdom and a clearer understanding of what discernment requires. The goal is not to leave with a decision, but with a stronger connection to the part of yourself capable of making one.
