Sheilah Crowley is the founder & CEO of The Summit, a unique career coaching group. Sheilah and her highly specialized team help women identify their professional direction, their “true north” as she calls it. A former non-profit executive and business owner, she designs and leads intensive one-day sessions or “summits,” tailored to move each individual woman from confused and stuck to clear and moving ahead toward her purpose.
Caroline Kim Oh is a certified executive coach to nonprofit leaders, women, and executives navigating the complex challenges to become confident, high performing, and authentic leaders. Caroline’s private coaching practice focuses on nonprofit and foundation leaders, but also serves a diverse mix of entrepreneurs, attorneys, finance professions, and women preparing for mid-life returns to work. She helps her clients leverage their natural strengths and overcome their fears through confidential and highly customized one-on-one coaching programs.
Camilla Campbell is the Director of Admissions for Grades 9-12 at Grace Church School. Prior to working in admissions, Camilla was primarily at home with her three children. During that time she pursued a wide range of options in addition to admissions including social work, interior design and documentary film. Having made her own re-entry to the work force, Camilla understands where you are and what it takes to get going.
Isabel Von Fluegge is the Senior Director of Brand Messaging and Global Marketing Communications at Tiffany & Co. Previously a freelance writer and stay-at-home mom, she found herself in dire need of a full time job after her husband lost his job and her marriage ended. Realizing that she needed to provide for herself and her two daughters, she took on her job search with ferocity, working at Bergdorf Goodman and La Mer, before landing in her present job at Tiffany—just three years after re-entering the workforce!
