Margaret Patrick joined Merrill Lynch in 2015 and became a CDFA®, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, in order to focus directly on assisting women in divorce. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, one of the most respected in financial services. She consults with attorneys, reviews settlement proposals and advises clients during and after the divorce process. Ms. Patrick takes time to empower each client’s understanding of their financial condition, often helping to solve issues related to working, living situation, mortgages and refinancing, lifestyle, and saving for retirement. Over time, clients develop a strong relationship with Maggie and rely on her guidance in starting their new lives post-divorce.

 

Marie Herrero joined Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Lending Officer in 2016, after nineteen years of experience in the luxury residential lending space. She has broad expertise in all issues related to mortgages and refinancing, and provides the highest level of service and attention to help clients achieve a successful outcome. For the past year Marie and Maggie have worked together to assist divorcing people step-by-step through the mortgage and refinancing process, with the goal of helping their clients feel good about moving forward beyond divorce.
