She is also the founder of Savvy Ladies, a non-profit dedicated to women’s financial education.

Margaret Patrick joined Merrill Lynch in 2015 and became a CDFA®, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, in order to focus directly on assisting women in divorce. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, one of the most respected in financial services. She consults with attorneys, reviews settlement proposals and advises clients during and after the divorce process. Ms. Patrick takes time to empower each client’s understanding of their financial condition, often helping to solve issues related to working, living situation, mortgages and refinancing, lifestyle, and saving for retirement. Over time, clients develop a strong relationship with Maggie and rely on her guidance in starting their new lives post-divorce.

Sara Stanich is a New York City-based CFP® and owner of The Stanich Group, a Fee-only Registered Investment Adviser. She began her career in the financial industry after receiving her MBA from NYU and working in corporate marketing for 12 years. Drawn to do something more entrepreneurial, she became a financial planner to combine her interest and knowledge of personal finance, aptitude for numbers and desire to help people live their best life. The Stanich Group specializes in helping people going through the divorce process evaluate their financial options and plan for the future. They offer Financial Planning, Investment Management, and Divorce Financial Analysis Services.
Scott DeMarco is the founder of Equitable Value LLC, and is a Certified Business Appraiser accredited by the Institute of Business Appraisers, Certified Valuation Analyst accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst accredited by the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, and Certified Patent Valuation Analyst. He has been involved in the valuation of privately held business enterprises, professional and medical practices, professional licenses, advanced academic degrees, economic damage analysis, and real estate holding companies. While Scott does not manage money, he helps you to understand finances during divorce, and is excellent with complexity, business valuation, and even forensic accounting.
